Shipping & Production Policy

Thank you for visiting and shopping at KC Custom Wood.  Following are the terms and conditions that constitute our Shipping Policy.

1. Processing and Construction Time

​

Because many of our items are handmade or custom-built, we require a 5–7 business day production period before your item is ready to ship.

  • Business Days: Monday–Friday, excluding weekends and national holidays.

  • Order Confirmation: You will receive an email confirmation when your order is placed, and another when it ships.

  • High Volume: In the event of high order volume, production may be delayed by a few days.

  • Upon receiving your order, we will contact you with an estimated shipping date. At hat time you are free to cancel your order if the wait exceeds your expectations.

2. Domestic Shipping Rates and Estimates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

  • Standard Shipping: Estimated delivery time of [X-Y] business days after shipment.

  • Expedited Shipping: Available for an additional cost at checkout.

3. Tracking Your Order

Once your item is constructed and packaged, you will receive a shipment confirmation email containing your tracking number. The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.

4. International Shipping

5. Damages, Lost, or Stolen Packages

KC Customs wood is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim. Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.

Due to the custom nature of our products, all sales are final on custom made items. Please review our return policy for more details.
