KC Custom Wood Refund & Return Policy

Thank you for supporting KC Custom Wood. Because most of our items are personalized and made to order, all sales are final, with a few exceptions. We want you to love your purchase, so if there is a mistake on our part, we will make it right.

1. Personalized & Custom Items (Non-Returnable)
Due to the nature of custom-made products (names, custom colors, custom designs), we cannot accept returns or exchanges. Please double-check all spelling, colors, and sizing before submitting your order.

2. Exceptions: Damages or Errors on Our Part
We take pride in our work and want you to be satisfied. If a product arrives damaged, defective, or is not what you ordered (e.g., wrong name, wrong color), please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

If the error is ours, we will replace the item or offer a refund at no cost to you.

3. Cancellations
We start creating your personalized item as soon as the order is placed. Therefore, cancellations must be requested within 12 hours of purchase. Once the creation process has begun, we cannot cancel your order.

4. Returns & Exchange Process
If an exception is approved for a return, or if it is designated as a non-personalized returnable item, the item must be returned in its original condition. The customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
